After working the GMCC event at the Kohl Center, the event organizers called the UW simply to sing praises of the fantastic job Jane did at their event!
Whether it is a small one-person call, or a large scale event, we know we can always count on Jane to do what needs to be done, and to do it with a smile on her face!

Curious when you're going to get paid from an event??
Check out the chart below to get a better understanding of our payroll cycle
We do our best to bring checks to events over the weekend. If you are not working an event during the weekend and do not call the office ahead of time (no earlier than noon on Friday) to have us hold your check, we put them in the mail by the end of the day Friday.
If you do not show to your shift over the weekend your check will be placed in the mail on Monday. Please note that USPS times may vary and it might take a few days to receive your check.
We ask that you wait until the following Friday to call the office and request a stop payment for the check you did not receive, and a new one be printed. We will walk you through that process but then you have to wait for it to get shipped from California, this is not an overnight fix.
