Wow! We can not believe it's August! Where has the time gone?! As we wind down Summer and prepare to transition in to the next part of the year, we would like to CONGRATULATE our outstanding employees from the month of July Doris Mason and Gwen Moore!!
Ms. Gwen has been with us the entire Astros season and we are so thankful that she has committed to improving the fan experience at Minute Maid park! Keep up the good work Ms. Gwen as we stroll right in to playoffs! Throughout the month of July, Ms. Doris has constantly made herself available and gone above her duties to ensure excellent service whether in Houston or assisting other branches across the US! Both of these ladies have been with CSC for close to 10 years and we truly appreciate their support and dedication!! Congratulations and THANKS again ladies!

Event Information/Reminders
This is just a reminder to all staff regarding self-scheduling for events. As we move in to a new month and begin making preparations for the upcoming "Mayhem", we wanted to reiterate some of our policies. Please understand that there are no pre-assigned positions and scheduling is available on a first come basis. Any staff members who has an issue with scheduling or working in specific locations need to contact the office. We will continue to give priority to those members without disciplinary action. (No Call/No Show = 14 Day suspension) or (Late Cancellation = 7 Day Suspension).
Please adhere to the below CSC Uniform policy or you will NOT be allowed to sign-in for your events:
- 100% Black Shoes
- Black Pants - No Jeans, Leggings, or Joggers
- Long sleeves must be SOLID white/black/gray
- Plain White shirt or button down
- No Jewelry/Piercings
- CSC Approved Hats - All Black/CSC/Venue Specific(Astros)

Your efforts have made a huge impact on the fan experience and the Astros organization is extremely grateful for our commitment to high levels of safety and security. We have been able to expedite the screening process, and improved the overall quality of customer service. Please continue to keep up the great work as we help push the Astros into the next part of the season!
