that have taken the time to learn the new Evolv system at Minute Maid Park! Your efforts have made a huge impact on the fan experience and the Astros organization is extremely grateful for our commitment to high levels of safety and security. We have been able to expedite the screening process, and improved the overall quality of customer service. Please continue to keep up the great work as we help push the Astros into the next part of the season!

We have reached the midway point of the year and it is amazing to see the awesome transformation of everyone over the past six months! July is finally here and we are so thankful to have such amazing staff members who are committed to excellence! CONGRATULATIONS to Norman Sutton and Emilio Velasquez for their outstanding achievements throughout June. Norman has been a valuable part of our CSC team and has put in a lot of extra hours to support us at numerous events. We are so thankful for his high level of service and dedication to his work with us. Emilio is fairly new to the team, but has jumped right in to his roles and responsibilities. He has become a familiar face at Minute Maid and has received so much positive feedback! We truly appreciate everything you both do and are glad you have chosen Team CSC!

Event Information/Reminders

This is just a reminder to all staff regarding self-scheduling for events. As we move in to a new month and begin making preparations for the upcoming "Mayhem", we wanted to reiterate some of our policies. Please understand that there are no pre-assigned positions and scheduling is available on a first come basis. Any staff members who has an issue with scheduling or working in specific locations need to contact the office. We will continue to give priority to those members without disciplinary action. (No Call/No Show = 14 Day suspension) or (Late Cancellation = 7 Day Suspension).
